Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward. If you experience any issues with your order, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. Cancellations must be made as per our reservation policy, and refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Additionally, please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is vital to keep your receipt for any future inquiries regarding your transaction.
